Wheat flour
Whole milk powder

How to make :
Beat margarine, butter and egg yolks for 2 minutes. Add Pondan Nastar cookies mix. Mix well using a spantula
Pick dough about a size of your thumb, flatten it, put on teaspoon of pineapple jam on it, then make the dough round like a ball by using your palm.
Put them on a pan greased with margarine. Repeat this step until all dough is filled and rounded
Bake at medium heat (140oC). After 30 minutes of baking (3/4 done). Pull the pan out of the oven, brush the cookies surface with egg yolks solution (beat using a spoon : 2 egg yolks with 1 teaspoon of fine sugar. Bake again for another 15 minutes (makes 2 jars of Nastar cookies)
Pineapple jam :
Mix 500gr crashed pineapple fruit, 150gr sugar and a pinch of salt. Cook with a medium heat on a stove until most of the pineapple juice evaporated, then reduce the heat while keep stirring. Cook is done after all water is evalporated
